Noun Walk

Identifying nouns in their surrounding

WE DO: teacher and students go for a walk around the school/campus.

I DO: Observe carefully every thing/item you see and remember its name.

YOU DO: Students walk and observe for 5-7 minutes.

WE DO: Students share the names of things they saw. Teacher to write it on the blackboard.

I DO: Reads the words and explain the concept of a “noun”.

WE DO: End the session by saying bye bye….. noun…… tree and erase the word tree   from the board.
