Vishnugarh KGBV’s Warden Mrs. Nutan Sinha possesses great planning and great management skills. She has tackled many challenges effectively in her school by effective prioritization and meaningful actions. Students in class 10 and 12 were paired as part of a “Buddy System” to help them cope with the exams, each class practised on OMR sheets and each teacher started summarizing learning at the end of class.

She is actively working with Ugam team to improve classroom practices, strengthening Bal Sansad and creating a kitchen garden.
